Can you clean my home even if there is no one there?
Yes, most people prefer to have their home cleaned while they are away. If you choose to schedule service at a time when you will not be available to let the cleaner into your home, you can either leave a house key or a garage code with us when you make your initial appointment. If your home has an alarm system, you will need to leave this code with us as well. All keys and home entry information will be kept in a safe location and will only be removed from that location for the purposes of entering your home on the day of your scheduled cleaning.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with the job that was done, you can call us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will schedule a time within 24 hours to return to your home and take care of the problem, free of charge.
Am I required to sign any type of contract?
No. We are happy to have your business for as long as you entrust it to us and as long as you feel that we are providing you with a valuable service.
Do I need to provide any supplies in order for you to clean my home?
You don't need to provide any supplies, unless there are specialty cleaners that you'd like us to use. We bring all equipment and supplies necessary to clean your home along with us!
How should I pay you for my cleanings?
A quote will be provided to you prior to your scheduled cleaning so that you will know the amount that will be due at the time of cleaning. If it is determined that additional charges need to be assessed during the cleaning, we will contact you to discuss the findings and make payment arrangements for the amount discussed. We accept cash and checks as payment, which should be left on a counter or table in the home where we can find it before cleaning begins.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for you to clean my house?
We bring all of the supplies that we will need to clean your home based on the information that you give us, so there won't be anything that you need to leave out for us (unless you wish to have linens/towels changed, in which case you can leave clean pieces out for us). We will try to clean around items that are left out, but we don't want to disrupt your privacy by moving too much of your personal items unless you specifically ask us to do so. Picking up large items from counters and floors and putting away personal paperwork will help us clean your home as thoroughly as possible.
Why should I hire someone to clean my home?
Would you like to free up some spare time? Are there cleaning tasks around your home that you cannot do safely because of physical limitations? Are there some cleaning tasks that you constantly avoid, because you just don't like doing them? Do you need to take more time for yourself to relax and enjoy your time away from your job? What if there are areas in my home that I don't want to be cleaned?
No problem! Just let us know what areas you do and don't want us to clean, and we will be sure to comply with your requests. We always want to respect your privacy and will never go into areas of the home that are not necessary for completing the job that we have been hired for or that you have specifically asked us to stay away from.
What if I need to cancel or change the time of a scheduled cleaning?
We ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to make adjustments to a previously scheduled cleaning. We will work with you to come up with a time that will work for both of us to make up the missed visit.
